UK rides 2024
Join me on a supported 1 day or multi day road cycling adventure. Maximum of 8 riders per trip, route notes and computer files provided. Please note, these are not signed or marshalled rides. You will need to be somewhat self sufficient but will still be met by a minibus every 40 to 50 km or so for drinks and snacks to keep you fuelled. Spare clothing can also be carried in the bus. Lights might be needed!
Free transport back to the start if needed or arrange your own.

Morecambe Bay Cycle Way in a Day 2024
An ideal ride for a first time longer day out, scenic, relatively flat but still has a sneaky bump or 2
Glasson Dock to Walney Island around Morecambe Bay, 80 miles [130 km]
₤50 per person, minimum of 4 required for ride to go ahead

Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Route 2024
A 230 km circular route in the fab Yorkshire Wolds, a lovely little bit of the country South of the North York Moors, quieter country lanes criss crossing rolling chalk hills
This loop can also be ridden by starting from York and riding a few miles of the Way of the Roses. Adds another 66 km so probably best done as a 3 day trip or a BIG weekend jaunt

Fred Whitton Round 2023 and 2024
THE Classic round in the Lakes. Thousands enter the Sportive ride each year, join me on a quieter ride on this magnificent loop taking in all the major passes in the Lakes, 185 km [115 miles] with 3700 m of ascent

Lakes and Dales Loop in a Day 2023 and 2024
The BIG One. 320 km loop around the Lake District National Park, Yorkshire Dales and Eden Valley. Not for the faint hearted. With an early start we might just squeeze round before it gets dark
